What We Do: We seek to raise awareness about transracial, international adoption, and also provide a forum for adoptees to share resources and information about Korean culture, multiculturalism, and their individual adoption experiences. Additionally, we strive to connect with the growing network of Korean adoptee organizations in the United States and throughout the world. Some of our members have traveled to Korea, reunited with birth families, led discussions on adoption, and taken advantage of the numerous post-adoption services now available to adoptees. Other members have just started learning about Korean culture and adoption-related activities.
We host monthly dinners and periodically schedule informal, social events. In the future, we hope to develop a mentoring program for adoptee teens and youth. Our events are generally open to adult adoptees, spouses, partners, and allies. We simply ask that you RSVP in advance of the event.
